Personal Training
At Torres Training, clients will receive a custom tailored program specific to their goals, lifestyle, schedule, and equipment. Assessments are made bi-weekly to monthly to ensure progress is being made.
Nutritional counseling is provided to all clients. This includes an assessment of current diet and initial customized macronutrient and caloric intake.
Additionally, clients are provided anytime support via email, phone call, or text.
A free consultation will be conducted for a health screening, determination of compatibility, and exercise equipment advice.
